I need a software to monitor Telegram messages containing predefined keywords and forward these messages to a special chat.

- Message forwarding: Automatic forwarding of messages containing certain keywords to the specified Telegram chat.
- Multi-language support: must support keyword recognition in different languages
- User Interface: A simple and intuitive interface that allows users to add, change or delete keywords and manage the target chat for forwarded messages.
